From November 15th to the 21st, Cafe 395 guests will be treated to a cornucopia of Indian delights in addition to Cafe 395’s regular buffet offerings, prepared by the highly acclaimed and accomplished Chef Ganga Ram. With his illustrious over three-decade career, Chef Ram will introduce the Rajasthan style of Indian food to our guests.

The state of Rajasthan’s unique cooking styles have been influenced by its extreme climatic conditions, so the use of dried lentils, beans, milk and buttermilk is common. One of the signature Rajasthani dishes, Dal-Baati-Churma(lentil curry with hard wheat rolls)have garnered both national and international popularity among foodies. Cafe 395’s impressive buffet, including the Indian dishes, is priced at KW94,000 per person at lunchtime and KW99,000 per person at dinnertime.
