The Snapper Kaiseki will feature nine glorious courses that will delight your tastebuds! As part of this gastronomic extravaganza, you will feast on: 3 different types of Appetizers; a Clear Snapper Soup; a variety of Sashimi including Hamachi, Halibut, Seabass and Salmon; Grilled Snapper with Salt; Steamed Snapper with Yams and Pumpkin; Fried Snapper with Shallots, Shrimp, and Sweet Potato; Vinegared Octopus; Steamed Rice with Miso Soup; and Fresh Fruits to top off the meal!
This special Kaiseki meal is priced at KW108,000 per person.
