Several of Millennium Seoul Hilton’s acclaimed restaurants will be offering special dinners to help you celebrate the Christmas and New Year holidays with family and colleagues.
At Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s impeccable Japanese restaurant, diners will be treated to a special feast on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The eight-course meal will be comprised of traditional Japanese foods that will help bring prosperity and good luck to you in the new year. The incredible dining experience will include: an appetizer of abalone, shishamo and salmon; swellfish soup; hamachi, halibut, sea bream and salmon sashimi; grilled black cod and fresh eel; steamed sea bream; assorted sushi, and much more! The dinner is priced at KW120,000 and is only available on Christmas Eve (December 24th) and New Year’s Eve (December 31st).
Seasons, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s acclaimed French restaurant, will host a truly special New Year’s Eve menu for December 31st. Priced at KW150,000, the supremely epicurean six-course dinner will include: poached prawn tails with Beluga caviar and sweet and sour mango sauce, served on an edible flower; saut?ed Foie Gras with green leaf salad and a port wine balsamic sauce; U.S. beef tenderloin and Maine lobster served with green asparagus and tomato linguini; and so much more!
Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s popular Italian restaurant, is also offering a specially-crafted dinner to help diners celebrate the end of 2015 and get 2016 off to a good start. The celebratory meal will feature: grilled fennel and marinated lobster with sundried tomato salsa and gazpacho; squid ink tortelli filled with shrimp and ricotta cheese in saffron sauce; a choice of grilled beef tenderloin on radicchio in Chianti red wine and served with a shallot sauce or sole fillet roll on grilled tomato with tomato concasse and lemon butter sauce. The six-course meal will only be made available on December 31st and January 1st, and is priced at KW125,000.
