Taipan, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Chinese restaurant, is pleased to welcome two special guests from Grand Millennium Beijing from March 23rd to April 3rd. Chefs Liang Zong Can and Zhang Chuan Lei are both seasoned chefs and will lend their culinary expertise to Taipan’s kitchen during their stay.

Chef Liang specializes in Cantonese cuisine, which is often referred to as China’s haute cuisine. Chef Zhang specializes in Chinese barbecue. Both chefs will lend their experience and creativity by introducing completely new, bold, and mouth-watering dishes. The Cantonese Set Menu will include: Bean curd soup; Wok fried prawns with broccoli in chilli sauce; Stir frid boiled pork slices in chilli sauce; Braised vegetables in oyster sauce; Fried rice with seafood and crab roe; and Sliced Fresh Fruits. This special set menu is priced at KW89,000 per person. A la carte menu is also offered, which includes Peking Duck (KW88,000), Baked Chicken in salt (KW 48,000), Pan fried beef ribs in black pepper sauce (KW 56,000), Fried Rice with Duck and Lettuce (KW21,000), and more!
