The Korea Post Notice:

During The Korea Post tours, the person-to-person meeting of the Excellency with local governors and mayors could be of benefit to the Excellencies--especially when it comes to the possibility that some of them could one day in the near future be the President of the Republic of Korea or a very important person, a meeting with whom could be of benefit to their country.

This is in addition to the good images that the Excellencies’ presence at the local festivals gives to the local Koreans who are 'real Koreans' vis-a-vis the 'cosmopolitan Koreans' in Seoul and other big cities, whom they meet in any city around the world.

In this regard, it was pity that we were unable to successfully convince some Excellencies to take interest in the Gwangju World Kimchi Festival where we met Mayor Park Won-soon of Seoul who is the front-runner in most of the opinion surveys of the Presidential candidates for the 2017 Presidential election. (/news/view.html?section=161&category=181&no=671).Incidentally, we have a very interesting tour to the Insanga Health Promotion Estate and the Bamboo Salt Plant.

If interested, please scroll down to the end of this Headlines for Invitation.

A banker was arrested for embezzling $100,000 to pay for his daughter's college education. As the policeman, who also had a daughter in college, was leading him away in handcuffs, he said to the banker, "I have just one question for you. Where were you going to get the rest of the money?"

American AidOne day after the World War Two, the cabinet of a certain country met to consider the nation’s grave financial difficulties. After much futile talk, one of the ministers suggested they declare war on the US. “Of course, we would be quickly defeated, but then the rich Americans would shower money and supplies upon us, and we would then be over our difficulties.”“But,” interjected the prime minister, “suppose by any chance we won the war? Then we would be in a terrible cirisis.”-----------------------------------------------
