Juicy humor from one of the kind-hearted former ambassadors in Korea from Central Asia

Investment risk
Boss hired a sexy secretary and 10 days later he committed suicide by jumping from his 27th floor office.

Police: "Who was there at that time in the room?"

Secretary: "I was there."

Police: “What happened? Why did he commit suicide?”

Secretary: “He was a good man. One day he bought me a fur coat for W4,000,000.

Then he bought me a diamond necklace for W4,500,000, then he bought me a diamond ring for W50,000,000.

Today he asked me to spend the night with him. I told him I charge just W500,000 a night!
Moral:"Investments are subject to market risk, check the market rate before investing.”

The Korea Post is at your service

There are a total of 111 resident embassies in Seoul and each country has her National Day which is celebrated with a reception at a five-star hotel banquet hall in Seoul with an attendance of around 300 to over 1,000 Korean and international guests.

Many of the embassies also celebrate the anniversary day of the establishment of diplomatic relations with Korea, and the range and scale of celebration and guest attendance are more or less the same?though some are smaller in scale.

The Korea Post media has recently sold one of its real estate properties (valued at some US$2 million), and is planning to use the fund in the expansion of its activities.

One of them is to support the National Day functions of the embassies in Seoul and other similar events of the embassies such as hosting of seminars and celebration of the diplomatic anniversaries.

As is widely known, The Korea Post media, established 31 year ago in 1985, now operates a total of five media units, namely two Korean-language news media and three others in the English language. The five news outlets can fully cover such functions for the benefit of the embassies and various segments of Korean society with an eye to promoting the relations and cooperation between Korea and these countries.

The Korea Post has been covering the tourist industry for the past 31 years, and has a good measure of knowledge concerning the tourist hotels and, in this regard, can play a very useful role of match-making between the hotels and the embassies wishing to celebrate their National Days and other auspicious events.

All the prestigious hotels need a good measure of publicity and such requirements can be very adequately met by the five media units of The Korea Post, which could substantially bring down the cost of event to be charged by the hotels.

The Korea Post can also adequately cover the most important guests at the diplomatic receptions which they really appreciate and this is all the more so in the case of the business leaders with strong business interest in the host countries. The National Day functions offer a very good opportunity to shed light on the strong points of these companies for the audience both in Korea in the countries they operate their business.

Why only the Korean companies? The Korea Post, which has two powerful Korean-language media, one real time-updated Internet media (www.koreapost.co.kr) and one regular-sized Korean-language newspaper (http://pdf.koreapost.co.kr/15/1501.pdf) published twice a month--as well as the English media (www.koreapost.com). They are very useful and much-needed news media that the expatriate business companies in Korea can utilize to their heart’s content?as far as The Korea Post is a foreigner-friendly media as well as a server of the diplomats.

So why not use The Korea Post for your national day functions and other news publicity requirements?

The Korea Post is at your service. Use them.
