‘Unsightly’ or‘a treat to the eye’?

Actress-songstress Ms. Sulli wants toget cool in the middle of sizzling heat now gripping the Korean peninsula,especially Seoul. Korean-language daily, DongaIlbo, ran this photo this morning saying that the viewers are split betweenthose who say “It’s uncomfortable to the eye” and others who retort “Givefreedom to the Breasts!”

Sulli posted the pic on her socialmedia network, Instagram, lastSunday, and instantly got several hundred respondents who are split betweenthose who said “It’s uncomfortable to the eye” and others who retotred “What’swrong with it? More and more people say ‘Give freedom to the breast!’”

So, who isgoing to lead the ruling Saenuri Party in the future?

The Party is going to have a showdown today at itsnational convention to decide on to whom to give the party leadership.

This was reported by Korean-language Joong-Ang Ilbo this morning.

Political observers say that it is going to becompetition among three contestants, namely Lee Jung-hyun, Joo Ho-yong and LeeJoo-young.

Joo is a non-Park Geun-hye man while the threeothers (Lee Jung-hyun, Lee Joo-young and Han Sun-kyo) are classified pro-Parkmen.

Lee Jung-hyun enjoys a considerable popularityamong the Korean media but hails from the opposition-strong Jeolla provincialregion.

Joo Ho-yong is a non-Park faction man but hailsfrom Daegu, the power base of the ruling Saenuri Party.

The Saenuri National Convention will open at 2p.m. this afternoon and the result of the coting will be disclosed by 7 p.m.

Public opinion poll results of each contestantwill also be reflected in the process of final section of the candidate.
