Interview with CEO of JC Global

CEO Kim Gyung-rea of JC Global (Wonjin Ecotech's distribution company) established the company in the Jeollabuk-do Province. Since then, the company has been growing by leaps and bounds. For a long time, he composed songs under the theme of ‘Muju Arirang’ in the Jeollabuk-do Province.

Youn Ki-sik, the CEO of Wonjin Eco-Tech, is a considered a true engineer and an established environmental protector who quietly researches and develops technologies, even at great risk to his own life.

"In order for our economy to be as stable as an unshakable tree, it is crucial to discover and foster strong venture companies to secure numerous technological skills and patents." says CEO Kim Gyung-rea of JC Global.

Wonjin Ecotech started developing organic waste extinguishers in 2012 and completed the development of odor-free deodorization products (DAO 100) in 2017 through extensive research.

They have the technology to deplete food waste to within 2% of residues, especially with regards to livestock waste (pigs, chickens, and duck carcasses). They are gaining recognition for their technology to completely decompose carcasses without even a single hair remaining, within 20 hours.

As a result of installing their products in famous hotels, restaurants, and large supermarkets in 2017, there was not a single complaint with regards to bad smelling odors. Most recently, with Jeju Eastern Livestock, the technology was used on 20,000 pigs, and these positive results were affirmed.

Since 2018, DAO100, the microorganism decomposing system, has been successfully removing unpleasant odors from food processors, and stands to be Korea's premiere food destruction technology and machine. It recently received an excellent evaluation in the combined odor test performance and function test by KT1 Korea Testing Institute.

CEO Youn of Wonjin Eco-tech says: "We have made countless efforts to develop food decomposers that can completely remove odors, leachates, and reduce noise, etc."

The core technology of DAO 100 is :

Firstly, the core of food waste disposal is "composite odor deodorization".

Secondly, filtering capabilities for compound odor removal (deodorization).

Thirdly, reusing deodorizer waste heat to maximize efficiency.

Fourthly, high durability for low maintenance.

Fifthly, having fewer restrictions on the installation site due to the reduced need for exhaust and drainage.

In response, CEO Youn said, "You don't have to worry about germs through sterilization."

CEO Youn has been interested in environmental issues since 2012 and invested a lot of time and money in the quest to create oil from scratch. He finally began working commercially in 2020.

CEO Youn said, "The Dao 100 that I developed is perfect for any country in the world." There is no odor 99.99% of the time, and it is Korea's primary food waste machine with 2 patents. Existing food processors are simply 'liquid-destruction' and are borderline illegal.

Wonjin Eco-tech has also commercialized large-scale decomposers that decompose up to 5 tons, showing amazing performance at livestock farms, large restaurants, and group cafeterias.

The technology that deodorizes and decomposes ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, which directly damage the human body, is truly groundbreaking. The most important technological focus regards removing odors, which was the biggest challenge for food wasters, by discharging only fine water vapor.

For example, Jeju Island is famous for its clear and clean groundwater, so Wonjin Eco-tech food waste disposers have been proven pertinently useful, in order to capture the leachates of organic waste.

"Development of the environmental industry can no longer be delayed, it should be supported by active government policies. Since our equipment unit that decomposes 5 tons is about 600 million won and has a utilization lifespan of about 15 years, if we handle 5 tons (about 200,000 won per ton), it will be 1 million won per day and 30 million won per month (including electricity, labor, and maintenance). This is 300 million won over the span of two years. This economic model works”.

It is said that there are about 50 food waste disposal companies. Approximately 10 companies are registered as food waste manufacturers in Korea. Among them, Wonjin Eco-tech's food decomposer is a food waste management machine that has been tested for more than a year and has been recognized for its patents and excellent performance.

“With regards to government environmental policy, the public’s concerns should be the top priority, and with regards to the economic budget, environmental improvement should be at the top of the list. If the environment is not supported in the right places, money will be wasted. You can’t directly equate the environment with money itself. In fact, environmental improvement is the most important value itself.” He said.

The characteristics of those who claim to be on a hard and difficult path are those who have a high sense of heroism who always push their own values and philosophy.

"We aim to accelerate technology, research and development in the future and to install our equipment in every corner of the country and abroad. "My goal is to actively promote it to overseas buyers and win the title of K-food destruction" he said with a smile.

JC Global Distribution Company is located in Techno Park, Techno-ville B-dong, Jeollabuk-do Province (JBTP) where the general government office fosters ventures companies. It mainly operates a business that solidifies venture companies.

JC Global CEO Kim Gyung-rea said, "While I was thinking about revitalizing the economy in Jeollabuk-do, where I grew up and lived, I identified a lack of venture companies that have self-sustaining power, and can join forces with each other to revive the local economy.

It is regrettable that many venture companies have gone under, due to the passive attitude of the government administrative agencies, that should have otherwise been fostering and supporting such venture companies.

The post-corona period has become an important virtue for convergent thinking. CEO Kim said, "We plan to play a role as a bridge so that we can unite venture companies in Jeollabuk-do to enter the world with a strong mission."

With covid-19, the world is still living in a time when masks and hand sanitizers are used.

Beginning with the question of how to secure the safety of masks and hand sanitizers, through research and development, we have discovered a groundbreaking material, "Titanium Natural Synthetic Ion Fluid."

"The long-term use of low-quality Chinese masks and hand sanitizers, which’s main ingredients are alcohol, causing skin troubles and alcohol-based skin penetration. Since 2003, I have been interested in finding new natural materials. In the early days, an acquaintance of a blind person and Major General Kwan-woo Kim, a professor of chemistry at Seoul National University, helped me greatly. "We have basic data and research know-how, and we have succeeded in ionizing edible metals through the ionization of natural compounds."

Silver and copper, as we know it, is a substance that cannot be ionized with edible metals.

With bad bacteria (super bacteria) and a Pandora’s box of viruses open to the world, it’s wonderful to be able to commercialize titanium natural synthetic ionic solutions in situations where diseases and lives must be protected.

Titanium synthetic ions were issued test reports from institutions such as 'Korea Chemical Convergence Testing Institute', 'S&K Research Center', 'Bioteca', 'SGS' and 'KOTITI' in February 2021.

The items underwent an acute oral toxicity test, human-derived cytotoxicity test, sterilization test (within 10 seconds/ 5 minutes/ 60 minutes), antibacterial continuation test (nonwoven fabric), antibacterial test (gloves), antibacterial test (fabric), and odor test (fabric).

What should be noted in particular is the fact that 99.9% of bacteria from five types (Super Bacteria, Yellow Staphylococcus, E. coli, Pneumonia, and Pneumonia) including Super Bacteria (MRSA) were able to be sterilized within 10 seconds.

CEO Kim said, "JC Global is a company that discovers and fosters venture companies, but it has also jumped into the professional manufacturing and production sector in the wake of the commercialization of titanium natural synthetic ion fluid."

If you spray titanium ion solution with a sprayer, the sterilization effect lasts for about 7 to 10 days. When manufacturing masks and clothes, dyeing titanium ion solution into fabric or nonwoven fabric results in excellent sterilization.

JC Global’s 'TION TITANIUMION MASK' :

The "Tion Titanium Mask," developed by JC Global CEO Kim, applies ergonomic stereoscopic mask design alongside a soft material that is comfortable for your ears. It is easy to use for a long time due to the elasticity and tension of the material. It also has suitable functions such as tensile strength, permeability, and UV protection.

Director Ko Sun-young of JC Global said, "There is something that I emphasize when I give lectures on business administration at Jeonju University. As mentioned in the Live Commerce paper, hype and exaggeration in advertising and marketing are rather counterproductive. "First of all, we hope that the product will shine when it is faithful to its word."

"Our country has been wearing masks because of heavy metal fine dust since before the coronavirus came. I think this is a good thing. Unlike disposable masks, it's okay to wear it for more than a week and it's economical to use it by hand”.

Kim is even assisting countries vulnerable to quarantine by cooperating with the U.N.

According to Chairman Kim, he thinks they need to prepare after the semiconductor industry, which is taking up a lot of food in Korea. This is because the technologies that solve the problems that come to the environment are expected to play a pivotal role in the food industry in the future. He is certain that Korean citizens are wise and clever enough to lead the international community. In particular, Jeollabuk-do residents’ righteous spirit of independence fighters is surprisingly high. Once they set a good will, every member of the community, including men, women, and children of all ages will definitely have great unity. He says it is crucial to develop large-scale industrialization of next-generation food by discovering and fostering natural ingredients in preparation for many harmful substances around the world.

Kim Gyung-rea, CEO of JC Global, was also the man who contributed to Jeollabuk-do's venture company ‘Safeware’ (IOT-based safety protective clothing company); which also joined the New Southern Policy Mission in 2019 and was selected as an ICT Innovative Product at the CSE Electronic Components Fair in the USA in 2020.

"Our company is also planning to work closely with the U.N. "Since what we’re doing is building a fence between me, you and us to pursue a safe and livable world," he said.

"We move forward in building a beautiful environment, a good society to live in, and the world to the next generation by preserving the earth we live in clean and harmonizing generations, loving, and bright world." A NGO mission in Korea!
