Positive evaluation as a professional training designed to develop an eco-friendly bar operation.
Pernod Ricard Korea, the Korean affiliate of the global wine and spirits company Pernod Ricard, announced on the 23rd, it will recruit participants for “The Bar World of Tomorrow” program in April and May, a professional training to establish the eco-friendly bar culture in Korea.
‘The Bar World of Tomorrow’ program is a professional training created by Pernod Ricard group to establish the sustainable bar culture for bartenders and bar owners around the world. In Korea, the training began in January and currently class in March has completed.
A bartender, who attended the training, positively evaluated the training and said, “It was very helpful not only to tell us practical ways to try sustainability in bar operation right after the training, but also to share various cases currently being practiced by domestic bars and restaurants.”
The training is open to bartenders and bar owners aged 19 or above who operate a bar in Seoul. The training will be held in April and May. Applications can be made first-come first-served basis with a limited number of seats from March 23rd to April 1st and details are available on the company homepage. The training will be held in key cities and then it will be expanded outside of Seoul.
