Wishing to end the war and praying for peace
DAEHO AL donated 100 million won to the Ukrainian government on June 14 through the Ukrainian Embassy in Seoul, hoping to end the war and praying for peace.
The peace-wishing fund was delivered directly by CEO Roh Young-ho of DAEHO AL at the Ukrainian Embassy in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
On behalf of the Ukrainian government, Igor Denissuk, the first secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in Seoul, said, "I would like to express my deep gratitude to DAEHO AL executives and the Korean people who are eagerly wishing for the quick end of the war and peace."
He added, "Furthermore, this year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Ukraine, and we welcome the sponsorship of Korean companies as the two countries are preparing for various cultural events."
Meanwhile, CEO Roh Young-ho of DAEHO AL said, "We wish for a quick end to the war in Ukraine and a peaceful recovery. As a company that focuses on railway-related projects and battery pack aluminum materials for secondary batteries, we will actively engage in the restoration projects in Ukraine, if conditions permit us after the end of the war.”
