The ministry selected excellent institutions and workers by evaluating employment performance, vocational education and training, internships, follow-up management, and customer satisfaction, and Lydia R&C won the award by gaining high marks in all fields.

To create a gender-equal corporate culture, Lydia R&C is actively utilizing policies to deploy female workers and encourage long-term service, implement flexible work systems and family participation programs, operate long-term service refresh leave, implement male spouse maternity leave, and encourage childbirth.

Lim Mi-sook, CEO of Lydia R&C, said, "We are trying to cultivate the perception that childbirth and childcare are the most important careers for women, not career breaks. Thanks to the ministerial award, we will continue to work harder to provide stable and high-quality jobs and working conditions," she said.
