Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to offer a special Kaiseki meal showcasing succulent snapper, available only during the month of February.
Kaiseki are traditional multi-course meals that are the Japanese equivalent of Western haute dining. Dishes are artfully presented with exquisite and balanced ingredients and flavours. Snapper is a prized fish that offers a fine-textured mild white meat. Its versatility in cooking makes it a favourite in culinary kitchens.
The Snapper Kaiseki nine-course extravaganza will include: snapper soup; four different types of sashimi; grilled snapper with salt; steamed snapper with yams and pumpkin; fried snapper with shallots, shrimp and sweet potato; and so much more. The Kaiseki meal is priced at KW108,000 per person.
Available for lunch and dinner, Genji offers the best in Japanese dining. It features a new Sushi bar, impressive Teppanyaki tables, unique Tatami rooms and private dining rooms in an elegant and temporary setting.
