A large-cale global shoes exhibition participated in by world's many top brands

A teaser event of the world's largest shoe exhibition, MICAM Milano, was successfully completed on December 5 amidst the interest of many people.
MICAM is a global shoe exhibition jointly organized by the Italian Trade Corporation and the Italian Shoe Association, and is a big event that many brands and companies from all over the world participate in every year.

This teaser aims to directly introduce the exhibition to major buyers and media before holding the MICAM exhibition, which celebrates its 95th this year, and to share a seminar on the history of Italian shoes and 2023 S/S shoe trends. It is currently attracting the expectations of many fashion industry leaders.
Matching its reputation as a global shoes exhibition, MICAM is the world's largest event related to shoes, with more than 1,500 to 2,000 brands and companies participating every year, and more than 40,000 buyers visiting the site every year.

This teaser event was held at High Street Italia, run by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), and the event became a hot topic as it was intensively illuminated by various media outlets, including the Korean fashion industry.
The event was moderated by Announcer Kim So-young, and proceeded with congratulatory messages from Ambassador Federico Pilar of the Italian Embassy in Korea and Ferdinando Guelli, director of the Italian Trade Corporation, and Matteo Scarparo, global director of MICAM 95, introducing the exhibition.
In addition, in the second half, WGSN, a trend information company, conducted a seminar introducing the 2023 S/S shoe trend, raising expectations for the event to be held in February next year.

MICAM's main event will be held at Fiera Milano, Italy for four days from February 19th to 22nd, 2023.
MICAM is the world's leading international footwear exhibition. 
It is held twice a year, in Fevruary and September at Fiera Milano Roh, Italy.
Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter collections for the following year are presented in the course of the two editions.
Buyers can choose from an extensive range of products, since the fair showcaes the shoe collctions of all the top national and intenational brands.
MICAM Milano successfully combines business, fashion and communication, and represents an unmissable opporutnity for establishig or consolidating busienss contacts.
