The special Christmas cakes presented by Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel are: 'Snow Candle' with sweet frosting cream on red velvet sponge, 'Winter Blueberry' with perfect harmony of white cream and fresh blueberries, 'White Chocolate Ball' made with Vallona Opalis chocolate ball and green tea gato sponge sandwiched with whipped cream, and 'Buche de Noel', a traditional French log cake made by sandwiching chocolate roll cake with the finest Ballrhona ganache.

In particular, the Snow Candle Cake, one of the signature cakes of the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel, has a design reminiscent of a candle and uses frosting cream to express the texture of candle wax in a three-dimensional sense. With its sweet flavor and cute design, it is perfect for enjoying a cozy home party with loved ones.
