Confections by Four Seasons, located on the hotel’s lobby floor, presents an eye-catching, red heart-shaped cake fit for Valentine’s Day. As a rose is the representative flower of romance, <Romance Cake> is inspired by the red colour of the rose and made with almond sponge, strawberry mousse, and litchi jelly sandwiched in between. The cake is topped off with rose mousse and luxurious, edible gold leaf flakes. The cake is available for the month of February, starting from KRW 29,000 to 90,000.
