Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship buffet and all-day-dining restaurant, Café 395, will feature the fiery and exciting cuisine of Sri Lanka. In cooperation with the Sri Lankan Embassy in Seoul, the special food festival will take place from May 17th to May 26th and will be in addition to Cafe 395’s bountiful buffet offerings. Cafe 395 will welcome a guest chef, Mr. Selliah Karuppan, from the Colombo Hilton in Sri Lanka who will lead the kitchen to creating authentic and tasty national dishes.

Some of the highlighted dishes to be created by the guest chef will be Sri Lankan prawn salad, sting hopper pillaw, beans tempered, egg & plain hoppers with condiments, pumpkin custard, bibikkan. Don’t miss this opportunity to taste this exciting cuisine.

During this food festival, Cafe 395 will also offer Afternoon Tea Sets, which will include a selection of Ceylon and Korean Teas served with Sri Lankan snacks.

Café 395 introduced the market to table concept to buffet fine dining. Utilizing only the freshest premium ingredients in various action stations located throughout the restaurant, Café 395 welcomes diners to a vibrant dining experience that delivers vibrant foods prepared just the way you want. The buffet is priced at KW94,000 per person at lunch, and KW99,000 per person at dinner. Guests may choose to be seated indoors or on the outdoor terrace.
