Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to offer a special Kaiseki meal showcasing seasonal yellowtail (Hamachi) sourced from the northern coast of Japan throughout the month of November.
Kaiseki are traditional multi-course meals that are the Japanese equivalent of Western haute dining. Dishes are artfully presented with exquisite and balanced ingredients and flavours. Yellowtail is a prized fish that is seasonal during cold winter months, and is the perfect muse for this special dining experience.
Available at lunch and dinner, the delightful nine-course meal will include: grilled yellowtail; yellowtail teriyaki; tempura of yellowtail, prawn, sweet potato and shiso; and so much more. The Kaiseki meal is priced at KW105,000 per person.
