Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to announce a special promotion in May that features a daily fresh fish from the market.
Every early morning, the chefs will head to the market to secure the freshest and finest catches from incoming fisherman. Those fish will be used to create a special multi-course menu at Genji that includes: an amuse bouche starter; four kinds of sashimi; fresh fish nimono with burdock, pumpkin and okra; grilled fish with vegetables, egg roll and pickled ginger; nine kinds of sushi; and miso soup, rice and Japanese pickles. The meal will be completed with seasonal fresh fruits.
