Q: While in Korea, which Korean Presidents did you like best?
A:
While in Korea, I had the honor and privilege of meeting with the Presidents of the Republic of Korea on a number of occasions. I met with former President Kim Dae-jung, and the memory of the meeting with him stays in my heart at all times.
I also met with President Roh Moo-hyun, who visited Costa Rica. With President Roh Moo-hyun, I remember him as a wonderful person and I really felt comfortable with him. President Lee Myung-bak honored me with an honorary citizenship in Seoul. And also I had an opportunity to meet with President Park Guen-hye. And, of course, I also had the honor to meeting with incumbent President Moon Jae-in.
I cannot say that I like a specific President in Korea. To me, all the Presidents I have met were very great and respectable persons. They are all wonderful persons.
